PACES recognizes the importance of having quality, educated individuals working with our children. Our Group Leaders know how important they are to your child's growth and development.
Our goal is to create a warm, open environment where students feel confident and comfortable. We want them to have a positive atmosphere where there are many opportunities available. Our Group Leaders will provide options for indoor and outdoor activities, as well as one on one tutoring and help with homework. Our staff understand the importance of positive guidance and working with our students to solve conflicts. We ensure a "bully-free zone" where each child will feel safe and comfortable. Our staff is trained in School-Age care, as well as CPR, 1st Aid, and Playground Safety. They will work hard to make sure your child is happy and they are always available if you need anything.
PACES started the 2013-2014 school year, as the need for quality afterschool care has increased for the families of Phoenix Academy. PACES is owned and operated by Grant and Maizi Chilton, who have been in the child care business for over 22 years here in the area. Our team will provide you with quality care, one on one attention, and excellent customer service. We are always available at any time.
At PACES, we approach each child as an individual with their own talents and one-of-a-kind needs. We consider it a privilege to take care of your child and we will strive to do our very best to see they are loved, respected, and happy, and that you, as the parent, are satisfied.
